Facebook have introduced a range of ready made templates with default buttons and tabs designed to help your Page. Utilise The ‘About Us’ Section
This section is integral to your page and often one of the first places people will look at to find out a bit more about your business. Improve your facebook profile by providing them with all the information they need (a full description of your products or services along with opening times, contact details, addresses). Similar to metadata, complete your short description diligently and use careful wording (including targeted keywords) to accurately characterise your business.
Are you considering SEO when filling out the info on your Facebook page? The first 18 characters of each of your posts act as the meta title. Any time you post on Facebook, share content or upload a picture, take advantage of the fact that you can add a description.
Create A Call To Action

On your page click on ‘Messages’, and at the bottom right hand side, you will see an option for ‘Choose a saved reply’ and within that under ‘Manage replies’ you can create your own, just in the same way you can with an email autoresponder. Nothing beats a personal response, but this is a great way to get preliminary information to your customer and gives your more time to respond.
Top Tip: There is also now a feature to let people know you are ‘away’ so will take longer to reply to queries. You will find this under ‘Messages’ at the bottom left column of your inbox, and you can easily turn it on or off.
